Hello everyone,

On behalf of President Daphne and the Committee, I hope you are all looking forward to a

new season of SWLC. During the year we can meet with friends, old and new, enjoy a

super lunch and listen to an entertaining speaker, for one day each month, from October to May.

​ 

Although the threat of Covid-19 has lessened, and life has returned to normal,​

please understand that our meetings could be subject to change if Government restrictions are reintroduced.

​​​​

I’m sure you will agree that last season's speakers were very much enjoyed

and covered a wide range of subjects and areas of interest.

​

The Mercure Hotel provided us with eight fabulous lunches in 2024/25

and their menus for the new 2025/26 season look equally delicious. 

​

President Daphne and the Committee hope that you will give your

continued support to the Sheffield Women’s Lecture Club and join

us in moving forward positively through the coming months.
