Members’ data held is Name, Address, Telephone Number and Email Address (where applicable).

The data is held to impart information about SWLC and for the purpose of administration. This is recognised as a legal basis to process.

The data is held for a year and refreshed annually from the information members submit with their subscription.

The Treasurer and Membership Secretary hold the above details on database and may share them with Officers and Committee Members should necessity arise. The information will not be shared with third parties without your consent or should we be obliged to do so by law.

You have access to the information we hold on you through contact with the Membership Secretary and have the right to have it deleted, although deletion of all your details would in fact remove you from the membership list. Obsolete information is removed as is practicable.
